Across my career I have created videos online garnering millions upon millions of views. 

Coached people on set as a director and producer for digital channels like Cut.com, a platform with eleven million subscribers.

Knew helping others to become Speakers was my passion.

That is when, Talk is Cheap Academy was born.

My whole life changed once I moved through my inner critic, when I stopped worrying about what people thought of me, once I  learnt to step into the limelight and take what was already mine.

But I had to start, just like learning to drive, I had to put one foot on the accelerator swerving through traffic, until it became second nature like doing mascara in the rearview mirror while shifting gears and changing lanes like a badass.

But talk is cheap…. It was time to put my money where my mouth was.

Since then, Talk is Cheap Academy has helped dozens of badass digital business owners smash millions of views without forcing themselves to show up by implementing belief shifts using breath and thought practices 

And I haven’t looked back…
